Our soups are super healthy and easy to make, very tasty with just few ingredients, no need to bend over backwards!


Ingredients for 4 (they are all good next day as well!) 
And for all recipes feel free to add salt & pepper as you like! 

#Green Soup



Super simple, quick and very healthy soup to be enjoyed by all the family! Kale is high in fibre and has zero fat, it's full of nutrients, vitamins, folate and magnesium; with the onion and the potato it will be tasty and filling! Also incredibly effective if your anyone is constipated - just saying!

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 Medium size Potato
  • 250 gr Kale
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
How to make:
  • Cut onion and potato in small pieces
  • Put them in a pan/wok with olive oil and cook for about 10 minutes
  • Add Kale and a glass of water and cover with lid
  • Let it cook for 15 minutes and blend everything
  • Serve with cheese on top if you like!

#Super Light Soup



Old but Gold recipe, it's one of our traditional and favourites soup and it's good for your baby almost as soon as you start weaning or for you anytime you don't feel great and need something warm and light!

Ingredients:
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • Half Celery stick
  • 1 Potato
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
How to make:
  • Peel all ingredients and cut them in pieces (the smaller pieces the quicker it will be to cook) 
  • Put in a pan with water and boil until tender (about 30 mins/15 with pressure cooker)
  • Blend and serve with olive oil

#Yellow Soup



Ingredients:
  • 400 gr Chickpeas
  • 1 medium size Potato
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • Rosmary
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
How to make:
  • Put all ingredients in pan with water and bring to boil
  • Cook for about 1.30 hr / 50 mins with pressure cooker
  • Blend part or all of it and enjoy with olive oil
